Discussing a project
The services shown on our website describe areas of work you can ask us about. A website inquiry is a request for discussion, not an order or a binding commitment.
Scope and quotation
Before a project begins, we aim to agree on deliverables, timeline, fees, payment milestones, revision rounds and handover arrangements in writing. Any necessary outside specialists or third-party subscriptions are discussed as part of the scope.
Customer materials and approvals
Please provide only materials you own or have permission to use. Final project directions, brand names, copy, images and credentials should be reviewed and approved by the appropriate owner.
Payments, revisions and cancellation
Prices on individual services are quoted according to scope. Any deposit, cancellation, refund, revision or additional-work arrangements are described in the quotation or separate written agreement.
Ownership and third-party services
Ownership and licensing of deliverables should be agreed in the project scope. External services such as domains, hosting, advertising platforms and integrations may have separate terms and charges.
